Should you wish to close your Bidii Chama individual or group account, please follow the below process:

1. Write an email to [email protected] with details about your request

2. A Bidii Chama agent will reach out to you within 48Hrs

3. The agent will conduct due diligence to confirm that you are the owner of the Bidii Chama account in question

4. Once done, your request will be logged, and the account closure process initiated – Please note that this process will take up to 5 working days.

5. Once done, a confirmation email will be send acknowledging the account closure.
